Welcome! My name is Kristyn and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an ADHD Certified Clinical Support Specialist. As a licensed therapist with years of experience, I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for you to explore and overcome the challenges that you face. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, which means that together, we'll explore your unique experiences and work towards building the tools and skills you need to thrive. From children to teens, adults, couples, and families, my door is always open to anyone in need of a safe and supportive space to explore their mental health.
